Colmar USA is currently looking for qualified individuals to fill the
following opening(s):
Inside Sales Representative - Bilingual English/Spanish
- The Inside Sales
Specialist will be assigned Key Accounts to monitor, maintain, and
most importantly develop growth opportunities to increase total
sales revenue in Central and South America.
- Communicates with
customers on a daily basis in a professional, courteous manner
- Quotes prices,
freight and credit terms (i.e., direct, phone, e-mail, fax or
web-request)
- Coordinates with
purchasing, shipping and order entry as appropriate
- Follows-up with
customers via phone and/or e-mail
- Proactively seeks
opportunities to market Colmar’s full-line of products to
potential/current customers
- Ability to deal
with questions, complaints and provide conflict resolution in a
professional manner; or fortitude to escalate to Sales Manager, as
appropriate
- Other duties /
special projects as assigned.
- Bilingual
English/Spanish is required
- Excellent written,
verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to
multi-task
- Must have high
aptitude, ability to learn systems/products/product applications
quickly
